Job Description

The Human Resource Coordinator shall provide strategic leadership in Human Resources Management.

Position: Full-Time 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and procedures to achieve the organization’s objectives.
  • Continuously review organizational structure for optimal establishment.
  • Manages the human resources planning strategy to determine short and long-term staffing needs.
  • Develops and implements a strategic succession plan.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates staff career growth and development.
  • Maintains a strategic compensation and benefits scheme and appropriate terms and conditions for employment.
  • Coordinates organizational training needs assessment and implements training initiatives for staff development and empowerment.
  • Ensures continuous development and maintenance of effective performance management systems.
  • Maintain and monitor the integrity of the Human Resources Information Management Systems for accurate employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, other levant legislation and good human resources practice.
  • Ensure efficiency in staff disciplinary and grievance management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Business Administration, Human Resource or a Diploma in Human Resource.
  • A Master’s degree in any of these fields is desirable, but not a must.
  • The holder must have at least five (5) years’ experience in a similar position Post -Graduate experience in a busy work environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
