Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven Business Executives to grow commercial advertising revenue across our Radio, Event and digital platforms. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering effective advertising solutions that support client goals while driving revenue growth in SIFA FM’s operational regions.
Their key responsibilities include:
a. Identifying and prospecting new business leads for radio advertising.
b. Pitching advertising solutions (on air, on-ground and online).
c. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
d. Preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
e. Ensuring campaign briefs are clear, accurate, and passed to traffic/operations.
f. Working with the creative/content team to develop relevant client solutions.
g. Maintaining records of all client interactions and sales using CRM tools.

Qualifications
a. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
b. 2–4 years of media sales experience, preferably in radio, tv or agency environments.
Desirable Qualifications (Added Advantage)
a. Experience in journalism or reporting, with understanding of media content development and newsroom operations.
b. Background in community development, outreach programs, or NGO engagement, particularly within faith-based or community media environments.
c. Experience working with donor-funded or mission-driven organizations
