“I am forever grateful for what God has done in my life through the Neno Litaendelea radio program. I started listening just before I joined high school a time when life was full of uncertainty. The challenges were many, but every time I tuned in and heard the Word being preached, I felt built up and strengthened inside. That program became a lifeline during my teenage years.”
This is the powerful testimony of Pastor Enock Wanjala Mauso, a former listener of Trans World Radio Kenya who is now a pastor at Jordan Gospel Church in Kawangware. His story is one of transformation, courage, and the unshakable power of God’s Word as he shared during his recent visit to our studios.
“High school came with struggles like financial, emotional, and spiritual, but the Word I consistently heard gave me hope and direction. Even when everything felt uncertain, hearing the message of Christ reminded me that I was not alone.”
“One of the greatest transformations I experienced was in my confidence. I used to be extremely shy. I feared standing in front of people or even being seen. But through God’s Word through the encouragement I received from Neno Litaendelea (Thru The Bible Swahili) by Pastor Geoffrey Wanjala Munialo. I slowly gained the courage to stand, speak, and eventually preach. Today, I stand before people as a pastor, something I once thought impossible.”
He continues:
“My life changed completely. Today, I can stand confidently and speak in front of people—something I never imagined I could do. I used to be extremely shy, someone who avoided any kind of public attention. But through the grace of God and the guidance of His Word, I came to discover that it is indeed possible when we put our trust in Him.”
Pastor Enock credits the Neno Litaendelea program and Trans World Radio Kenya for playing a major role in his spiritual journey:
“Trans World Radio Kenya helped shape my life into what it is today. And I believe that even if you’re at your lowest point right now, there is hope. With God, all things are possible.”
He shares with deep conviction.
“God is faithful. He left everything in heaven to come down to earth so that you and I could be saved. That alone is reason enough to trust Him. No founder of any religion died and rose again but Christ did. Today, He lives. He doesn’t need our help we need His. He prays for us, not the other way around.”
“Through growing in Christ, we are assured of eternal life. And what is eternal life? John 17:3 says, ‘Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.’ To know the true God is to find peace, joy, and hope that is all you truly need.”
In conclusion Pastor Enock shared a message of encouragement:
Let go of the fleeting things of this world—they will not take you far. The most important thing is to know the true God through Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you find Him, you find everything.”
“Take heart, wherever you are. Whatever situation you’re going through is not the end. God is making a way for you. The Lord of hosts bless you. Don’t look down on yourself you matter. That’s why He gave it all for you. May the grace of God be enough for you.”
