Duties and Responsibilities
i. Determine the organization’s system needs and install right/upgrade hardware and software.
ii. Make and manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and
protection from attacks
iii. Maintain network and security system.
v. Add users to a network, assign and update security permissions on the network.
vi. Train users in the proper use of hardware and software both for production and broadcast.
vii. Give prompt system attack alerts, troubleshoot remotely and onsite and solve problems promptly.
viii. Ensure that email and data storage networks work properly and secure.
ix. Manage the organization’s servers, desktop and mobile equipment.
x. Make sure that employee’s workstations are working efficiently and linked to the server
xi. Advice on the purchase of the right hardware or software .
xii. Help in network architect, design and analyze network models
Xiii. Be ready to travel on short notice to any of the FM Stations and Transmission sites to sort out
broadcast system failure.

Qualifications
1. Diploma in Information Technology or in relevant field certifications.
2. Proven ability/experience to handle computer technician/IT responsibilities. (WAN/LAN)
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills
3. Report Writing skills.
4. High value for teamwork and exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
5. A Christian of high integrity & Honesty
