Job Description
The Human Resource Coordinator shall provide strategic leadership in Human Resources Management.
Position: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and procedures to achieve the organization’s objectives.
- Continuously review organizational structure for optimal establishment.
- Manages the human resources planning strategy to determine short and long-term staffing needs.
- Develops and implements a strategic succession plan.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates staff career growth and development.
- Maintains a strategic compensation and benefits scheme and appropriate terms and conditions for employment.
- Coordinates organizational training needs assessment and implements training initiatives for staff development and empowerment.
- Ensures continuous development and maintenance of effective performance management systems.
- Maintain and monitor the integrity of the Human Resources Information Management Systems for accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, other levant legislation and good human resources practice.
- Ensure efficiency in staff disciplinary and grievance management.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Business Administration, Human Resource or a Diploma in Human Resource.
- A Master’s degree in any of these fields is desirable, but not a must.
- The holder must have at least five (5) years’ experience in a similar position Post -Graduate experience in a busy work environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
