Job Purpose
To support the Finance Department in delivering accurate financial operations, reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and administrative support while gaining practical experience in a professional workplace setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for events and projects.
- Help manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice posting, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
- Contribute to financial planning and basic modeling for campaigns and operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and financial controls.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and present findings to management.
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience between 1-3 years
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or any other accounting software.
- CPA certification or CPA Continuing student.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in finance/accounting is an added advantage.
