Trans World Radio Kenya (TWR Kenya) and SIFA FM Stations Ltd invite qualified consultants and consulting firms to submit proposals for the development of the organization’s Strategic Plan 2027–2029.
This consultancy will include a review of organizational performance, an evidence-based baseline study across Kenya’s ASAL and Coastal regions, and the development of a validated strategic plan supported by a Balanced Scorecard Strategy Management Plan.
As TWR Kenya and SIFA FM prepare for the next phase of growth, this assignment presents an opportunity to shape a strategy that strengthens organizational impact, expands listener-centered programming, and supports sustainable ministry across the communities we serve.

Trans World Radio Kenya (TWR Kenya) and SIFA FM Stations Ltd are a Christian media organization based in Nairobi, reaching an estimated 6.5 million daily listeners through a network of community radio stations broadcasting in more than 10 languages across Kenya’s ASAL and Coastal regions.
Building on the current Strategic Plan (2024–2026), the organization is embarking on a new strategic direction focused on organizational transformation, greater sustainability, stronger commercial performance, and innovative, listener-centered programming. The successful consultant will help develop a strategy that is firmly grounded in research and the realities of the communities TWR Kenya and SIFA FM serve.
